Give Beyoncé that Grammy please!

 So... at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards, while receiving Dr.Dre Global Impact Award, in between thanks and jokes Jay Z said:

"I don't wanna embarrass this young lady, she has more Grammys than anyone and never won album of the year..." and continued to explain how that doesn't makes sense. 

(Well, that was embarrassing.) 

What doesn't make sense actually, is that Jay Z maybe doesn't understand how the voting at the Grammys works, or maybe he knows very very well, (know I mean lol) and was like HOW DARE YOU! Haaaaa! 

And... at that moment you could hear a pin drop, that's how quiet it got. I know, he was expecting some applause or cheering, but nope. People were like tf! And Beyoncé standing there like she doesn't understand what's happening lol! Girl, we've seen you act. Stuhp it! Then she announces her new album. Double lol!

So why is Grammy Award for Album of the Year, so important to Beyoncé? She's got 32 Grammys, more than anybody.  Both with Jay, they have the most nominations in the history of Grammys. Her daughter has one, probably her housekeeper has one, her chef, her stylist, like they all probably got one Grammy! They can literally buy The Grammys. Jay Z has 24. They can build a lego house with them, so...what's the point? And, why do men constantly see the need to speak on her behalf? This is the independent woman, the woman who runs the world, this is Beyoncé! To be fair...Beyoncé made Jay Z popular. Most of his Grammys are kind of, more of her Grammys. No one would know Jay Z outside of rap scene if it wasn't for Beyoncé. And for him to go on stage and be like...Give her the Grammy! Phewwww! She must have been pissed, I know I would. 

I understand she's competitive, and always achieves what she wants, but this constant convo about winning Album of the Year, it doesn't look good on her. It is an important award, one which is given to you by your peers, but I mean fuck them right? Aren't we past all this bs? Didn't we leave all this back in 2010s? And all this constant noise about not receiving Album of the Year, once she does, wouldn't that seem more like - they gave it to her because they had to - rather than - she really deserved it?  

I say this, because read the room. All the awards shows are over. And it's all because silly shit like this. Artists, labels and people arguing and complaining about who should and should not win, and how it's fair or unfair and so on. MTV Music Award was the greatest show and it died out because MTV kept making advances up and down and it became so obvious that fans stopped watching it. Same with Billboard, American Music Awards, iHeart Radio etc. The Grammy is the only award show where you can expect the unexpected (unless you're Taylor Swift lol That bish!) Leave your egos aside and let us have this. This only event still surviving from all the changes in music industry. It's one of the few nights during the year, we get to see all these artists together, celebrating music. Don't change that. 

Pleaseeeee just give Beyoncé Album of the Year! So that people can shut up and instead of the media talking about what she deserved and blah blah blah, they can actually for once place their full attention to the real winners. Unlike Beyonce, they can't win every year! And it's not like there's any other great albums outthere this year. All've been pretty basic. It'll work out greatly for The Grammys, Beyoncé and the audience. A P.R, label, artist, fan dream! Throw in - making Jay Z- happy as well! Perfect! Just please, stop taking attention from the music and let's celebrate!
